Randy's Donuts is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Donut Decorator to join our bakery production team!
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and can maintain consistency and quality while meeting daily production deadlines.

Randy’s Donuts Bakery/Commissary
Fresno, CA – Shaw & Brawley area
Schedule
Late Night to Early Morning Shifts, Including Weekends and Holidays as Needed.
Responsibilities

Decorate donuts according to Randy's Donuts' recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines.

Apply icing, glazes, sprinkles, toppings, and other decorations accurately and consistently.

Prepare and organize decorating supplies and ingredients before production.

Follow daily production sheets to ensure accurate quantities and product selection.

Maintain consistent product appearance, portion sizes, and quality.

Work efficiently to complete decorating assignments within required production timelines.

Assist with organizing finished products for distribution to store locations.

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.

Assist with other bakery production duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Previous bakery, food preparation, or decorating experience preferred but not required.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Good hand-eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive decorating tasks.

Ability to stand for extended periods.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Must be available for early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
