wWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives focused on infrastructure resiliency, operational continuity, and critical technology readiness. The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional programs that improve the organization's ability to operate during adverse conditions, including internet outages, remote access disruptions, infrastructure failures, and cyber-related incidents

.Required Skill

• s10+ years of Program Management experience
• .Strong experience in Infrastructure, Network Operations, Data Center, Cloud, or Cybersecurity programs
• .Experience with Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Disaster Recovery (DR), and Operational Resilience
• .Knowledge of IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments
• .Experience managing large cross-functional initiatives involving infrastructure and security teams
• .Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• .Familiarity with network architecture, patch management, resiliency planning, and infrastructure operations

.Preferred Skill

• sUtility, Energy, Critical Infrastructure, Telecommunications, or Public Sector experience
• .Experience supporting cyber resilience or infrastructure modernization programs
• .PMP, PgMP, ITIL, CISSP, or related certifications

.Key Responsibilitie

• s•Lead enterprise-wide resiliency and continuity programs across Infrastructure, Security, Network, IT, and Operational Technology (OT) teams
• .Develop and maintain operational playbooks for IT/OT separation, network isolation, and continuity scenarios
• .Coordinate assessments of infrastructure readiness during internet outages, connectivity failures, and degraded operating conditions
• .Facilitate business impact assessments and identify critical services required to maintain operations during disruptions
• .Drive planning and implementation of out-of-band management and recovery capabilities
• .Partner with infrastructure teams to evaluate network redundancy, failover capabilities, and resiliency strategies
• .Lead risk identification, mitigation planning, and executive reporting
• .Coordinate patching, maintenance, and infrastructure upgrade programs while minimizing operational risk
• .Work with cybersecurity teams to strengthen resilience against emerging threats and operational disruptions
• .Develop metrics, dashboards, and executive reports related to infrastructure readiness and business continuity
