Summary
\n
The Senior International Accountant is responsible for managing core international financial records, assisting in certain month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, preparing complex journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, and ensuring all business transactions follow US GAAP.

Key Responsibilities
\n

- Perform recurring accounting close activities with accountability for timely, accurate results.
- Help coordinate and oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process of international subsidiaries.
- Support the month-end close processes, including the preparing and recording of intercompany and subsidiary journal entries and preparing balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Assist in providing necessary support for international subsidiaries’ statutory audits.
- Assist with international subsidiary treasury management, including tracking intercompany loans, and entering subsidiary payments on intercompany loans.
- Prepare international sales reconciliations, reconciling sales per the international subsidiary ERP instance to third-party logistic provider reports.
- Assist with other projects and activities as directed.

Requirements
\n

- Qualifications and Experience 3 to 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud preferable but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Experience partnering with outsourced providers and external auditors.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
