Key Responsibilities
- Verify that sales representatives are mapped to the appropriate Sales Incentive Plans and compensation tiers
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual commission, bonus, and SPIF calculations
- Audit and reconcile sales data to help ensure quota attainment and compensation calculations are accurate
- Research and resolve compensation inquiries, calculation questions, and discrepancies raised by sales team members
- Produce performance dashboards, payout statements, and cost-of-incentive reporting for management
- Maintain and support incentive compensation management tools such as Xactly, including target uploads, plan routing, and personnel data refreshes
- Help educate the sales organization on incentive plans, relevant sales policies, and how to interpret commission statements
- Assist with sales plan improvements, dashboard and reporting enhancements, and fiscal-year preparation and launch activities
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Human Resources and provide day-to-day operational support to the sales organization
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Certified Business Analysis Professional
