Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct one-on-one video therapy sessions with adult clients to assess their mental health status and provide targeted interventions.

You will be primarily working with adults exhibiting stable, low-acuity mental health issues. Our clients often seek assistance with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and stress management. Qualifications\n

- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
- A valid independent license to practice therapy, which may include one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Strong computer literacy skills and proficiency in telehealth platforms to effectively engage with clients remotely.

Compensation and Benefits\n
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, depending on hours worked and experience. In addition, our therapists receive a monthly healthcare stipend and access to a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, a retirement plan, and paid time off.
