✨ Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support rehabilitation services in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. The COTA will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to help residents improve daily living skills, mobility, strength, and functional independence.

🔹 Must-Have Skills:
✔ Active California COTA License / Certification
✔ Strong patient care and communication skills
✔ Ability to work in Skilled Nursing / Rehab settings
✔ Knowledge of ADL training and therapeutic activities
✔ Accurate treatment documentation skills

🔹 Experience Required:
✔ Minimum Less than 1 year of COTA experience required
✔ Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
✔ New graduates encouraged to apply based on experience level

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide occupational therapy treatments under OT supervision
• Assist residents with ADL retraining and functional mobility
• Implement therapeutic exercise and activity programs
• Monitor patient progress and report updates to supervising OT
• Educate residents on safety and adaptive techniques
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with rehab team to achieve patient goals
