Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Hold (or be eligible for) CCC-SLP or in the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with young students, educators, and families
- Valid licensure or eligibility for licensure in California
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech, language, and communication interventions to elementary students
- Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop strategies for student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to district and state guidelines
- Participate in team and IEP meetings
- Progress monitor and adjust interventions as needed throughout the semester
