Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- California SLP license (or eligibility upon start)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but CFY candidates enthusiastically encouraged to apply
- Experience or demonstrated interest in pediatrics or school-based settings
- Commitment to fostering engaging, inclusive, and effective therapeutic sessions
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy for elementary school students from January to June (2nd semester)
- Conduct assessments, develop and execute IEP goals, and maintain documentation in alignment with district standards
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student support
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapeutic techniques as needed
- Participate in meetings, professional development, and trainings offered by the district
