Distribution Associate (Case Picker – 2nd Shift)
Location: Redlands, CA (On-site)
Schedule: 2nd shift | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | Full-time hours (40 hrs/week)
Pay Rate: $19.50/hour (W2 – Temporary)
Position Summary
The Distribution Associate supports warehouse and material distribution operations related to picking, packing, and shipping products.
What You’ll Do
- Pick customer orders using pick tickets/labels and RF scanners/handheld devices
- Scan barcodes, label boxes, and prepare shipments
- Palletize completed orders and stage pallets for shipment
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE), including Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ)
- Support dock/manifest tasks as needed (scan pallets, shrink wrap, etc.)
- Cross-train and assist in other warehouse areas as needed
Required Experience (Must Haves)
- 2+ years of Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) experience
- Strong, accurate case picking experience
- Comfortable reading pick tickets/labels and using RF/handheld scanners
Additional Requirements
- Drug test required
- Safety shoes required
- High School Diploma/GED preferred (or equivalent applicable experience)
