Pay: $21/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
Location: On-site in Los Angeles, CA 90004 (JWCH Institute – Path Clinic)
Overview:
Hiring a Bilingual Spanish Medical Assistant in Los Angeles, CA to support a busy clinic. Ideal for an MA who’s comfortable with immunizations, injections, vitals, blood draws, and documenting in an EMR (NextGen preferred).
Responsibilities for Medical Assistant:
- Room patients, obtain vitals, and complete patient intake
- Assist providers during exams/procedures
- Administer vaccines/immunizations and injections
- Perform/assist with blood draws
- Document accurately in EMR (NextGen a plus)
Requirements for Medical Assistant:
- Bilingual: Spanish & English (required)
- 6+ months Medical Assistant experience
- EMR experience required (NextGen strongly preferred)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment
