BECOMING OUR LEAD SCHOOL ADMISSIONS SALES REPRESENTATIVE
As the Lead Admissions Representative, you will play a critical role in achieving enrollment goals while supporting and guiding the admissions team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Consult with prospective students regarding our Cosmetology and Esthetics programs
- Conduct admissions interviews in person, by phone, and virtually
- Build relationships and guide prospective students through the enrollment process
- Manage and nurture leads through consistent follow-up
- Meet and exceed individual enrollment goals
- Support, coach, and motivate Admissions Advisors to achieve weekly and monthly performance targets
- Monitor admissions metrics and contribute to overall enrollment growth
- Deliver an exceptional student experience from inquiry through enrollment
THE SCHEDULE:
You'll work a full-time Monday through Friday schedule with one evening per week until 7 PM.

- Sales experience

- Ability to connect with others face-to-face, over the phone, and virtually
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
