Job Description
Job DescriptionWINERY GENERAL MANAGERABOUT BOTTAIA WINERY BOTTAIA Winery is a modern, luxury winery and hospitality destination in the heart of Temecula Wine Country, inspired by the wines, architecture, lifestyle, and refined hospitality of Northern Italy. BOTTAIA was thoughtfully designed to offer a distinctly different wine country experience. From our contemporary winery and elegant tasting spaces to The Pool at BOTTAIA, every element of the property was created around exceptional wine, sophisticated hospitality, and memorable guest experiences. Our estate wines are produced from Italian grape varieties and blends, reflecting both Old World inspiration and the unique character of our Temecula Valley vineyards. Guests experience our wines through immersive and interactive tasting experiences designed to encourage discovery, education, and a deeper appreciation of wine in a relaxed, elevated setting. The Pool at BOTTAIA extends the experience beyond traditional wine tasting, offering private Italian-style changing cabines, vineyard-view chaises, and a poolside Café + Cocktail Bar. Together, the winery, tasting experiences, culinary offerings, retail, events, and pool create a destination where wine, food, hospitality, and leisure come together. BOTTAIA is sophisticated without being pretentious, luxurious while remaining warm and approachable.
