Job Summary

As a Project Manager, you will lead all phases of construction project delivery on behalf of our clients, from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires strong expertise in construction means and methods, cost management, contract administration, and design management, so you can identify issues early and drive them to resolution.

  • Provide regular, clear project reporting on schedule, cost, risks, and key decisions to client leadership teams.

  • Facilitate project meetings, document key decisions and action items, and follow up with responsible parties.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies aligned with approved scope and client objectives.

  • Monitor milestones, dependencies, and deliverables, and coordinate corrective action to address delays or conflicts.

  • Lead cost management, including reviewing contractor pay applications, tracking budgets, and managing contingency usage.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.

  • Manage contract administration, ensuring compliance with contract terms and leading negotiations on change orders, claims, and disputes.

  • Manage procurement of designers, contractors, consultants, and Owner-furnished items, including medical equipment and FF&E.

  • Oversee construction from preconstruction through closeout, managing daily activities, site progress, and quality assurance.

  • Advise on construction means, methods, sequencing, and logistics to minimize disruption to operations.

  • Manage design coordination, design reviews, and permitting, ensuring deliverables align with scope, budget, schedule, and jurisdictional requirements.

  • Promote a culture of safety and ensure project teams comply with Shoreline's safety program.

  • Prioritize project work to meet internal and external deadlines.

  • Manage personal billability, and track Shoreline's scope against the contract, flagging out-of-scope work.

  • Use and improve templates and standard practices on assigned projects.

  • Contribute to proposals, interviews, and business development.

  • Lead and guide project engineers and coordinators on assigned projects.

  • Model hustle and continued professional practice.

Ideal Candidate Will Have
