Position Overview

We are seeking a Phone Sales Representative to communicate with prospective clients who may need assistance with their tax debt.

In this role, you will make and receive phone calls, ask questions to understand each prospect's situation, explain our services at a basic level, and connect interested, qualified prospects with our sales closing team.

This is an entry-level-friendly position. Previous tax relief experience is not required, and candidates with limited sales experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and answer incoming calls from prospective clients.
Speak with individuals who may be interested in professional tax relief services.
Ask questions to understand each prospect's tax concerns and needs.
Explain the purpose of our tax relief services and the next steps in the consultation process.
Determine whether prospects meet the basic criteria for further consultation.
Transfer qualified and interested prospects to the appropriate sales representative.
Follow up with prospective clients when necessary.
Maintain accurate client information, call notes, and activity records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Participate in coaching and training to improve communication and sales skills.
Work toward established individual and team performance goals.
Follow company procedures and communicate professionally with every prospective client.

Qualifications

Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Comfortable making and receiving phone calls throughout the workday.
Ability to ask questions, follow conversations, and communicate information clearly.
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn CRM software.
Dependable, organized, and receptive to feedback.
Professional attitude and ability to work with prospective clients facing financial challenges.
Motivation to learn and improve sales performance.

Prior sales or tax relief experience is not required.

Experience in customer service, call centers, inside sales, financial services, collections, or other phone-based positions is helpful but not necessary.

Compensation
