Job Description

Seeking detail-oriented Sample Production Technicians to join our team in Carlsbad. These positions will play an important role in producing high-quality 20x20 sample boards, one of the most detailed and technically challenging products we manufacture. This is skilled, hands-on production work and is not a general labor position. Selected candidates will receive direct training from our Director of Technical Services and will have the opportunity to develop valuable technical and leadership skills.

What You'll Do:

Produce high-quality 20x20 tile and stone sample boards.
Follow established production and assembly processes.
Safely operate a variety of power tools and production equipment.
Maintain exceptional attention to detail and quality standards.
Work efficiently as part of a small, close-knit production team.
Follow instructions and learn specialized production techniques.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Working knowledge or understanding of assembly line or production environments.
Comfortable working with a variety of power tools.
Exceptional attention to detail — this is the most important qualification for success in this role.
Ability to work well with others in a small, close-quarters team environment.
Reliable, dependable, and willing to learn specialized skills.
Previous manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, construction, or similar hands-on experience is a plus.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm
