Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Rina's Little Angels Nursery School in San Francisco, CA is looking for a passionate and nurturing Preschool Teacher to join our growing family! In this role, you'll have the joy of guiding and inspiring children ages 2–5 in a warm, play-based learning environment. Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for mixed-age groups (2–5 years old)
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that supports early childhood development
• Supervise and engage children during indoor and outdoor play, meals, and daily routines
• Observe and document children's developmental milestones and progress
• Communicate regularly with team ,parents and guardians regarding their child's growth and daily activities
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to maintain a cohesive, positive learning community
• Ensure classroom safety, cleanliness, and compliance with licensing and health regulations

Requirements:

• Experience working with toddlers and preschool-aged children (ages 2–5) in a childcare or educational setting
• Knowledge of early childhood education (ECE) principles and developmentally appropriate practices
• Minimum 12 ECE units required; AA or BA in Early Childhood Education strongly preferred
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to meet California Title 22 childcare licensing requirements
• Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine love for young children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both children and families
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, mixed-age classroom environment
