Our client, a successful Workers' Compensation law firm, is seeking an Attorney with 3+ years of Workers' Compensation experience. Ideal candidates must have strong communication, litigation, and writing skills. Applicants must be in good standing with the California Bar Association.

Job Duties:
<ul>
<li>Must have experience working on the plaintiff side</li>
<li>Workers' Comp or Defense experience is a huge plus</li>
<li>Support the injured person</li>
<li>Handle civil cases and have experience with depositions</li>
<li>Pre-litigation experience</li>
</ul>
 
Education:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree required</li>
<li>4+ years as an Attorney</li>
