Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective clients to assess their life insurance needs.
- Educate clients on available life insurance products and coverage options.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and lead follow-up.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Meet individual sales goals while providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Stay current on insurance products and market trends.
Requirements
- Active Life Insurance License (preferred; willing to assist the right candidate in obtaining licensing).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
