A little about the position:
Job Summary
As a Production Associate you will be performing all tasks assigned in the manufacture of fiberglass swimming pools while maintaining a clean work area and adhering to all safety and quality standards.
Some of What You Will Do:
- Fiberglass rolling
- Mat laying
- Composite reinforcements
- Further advancement in skills encouraged into gun running and gel coating
What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)
- Experience in fiberglass/composite manufacturing preferred.
- Experience in construction and/or tile installation a plus.
- Experience with power tools and pneumatic tools a plus.
- Forklift experience preferred.

Salary Range: $20.75 - $22.18
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US geographic markets. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
