Job Details:

• Work day shift schedule with five 8-hour shifts per week
\n• Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends required
\n• No call responsibilities
\n• Must have 1 year of home health experience
\n• Must know HCHB and OASIS documentation systems
\n• DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) degree required
\n• AHA BLS certification required
\n• Mileage reimbursement provided at government rate
\n• Administrative fee deducted from rate
\n• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment
\n\n
