As a Construction Superintendent, you will oversee all aspects of your assigned construction project and ensure that work proceeds smoothly, on schedule and within required project specifications

1.On site field coordination of employees and subcontractors.

2.Schedule all day to day activities and maintaining a project schedule.

3.Hold safety meetings and enforce safety policy.

4.Represent company values and policies.

5.Review all field change orders.

6.Generate and log all RFI’s.

7.Code and track employee time cards.

8.Processing daily field reports and site photos.

9.Performing consistent quality control check on all trades.

10.Participate in construction meetings.

11.Walk project for completion, generating and managing punch lists and ensuring work is completed in accordance with plans and in a timely manner.

12.Keep a clean and organized site.

Knowledge in gas stations, hotels and tenant improvement are a must. Computer skills is a plus.
