Architect / Project Manager:-

We are located in downtown Santa Cruz with projects throughout the bay area.
-
We take pride in providing custom designs; listening to each clients' needs and vision while staying true to our own as well. We encourage collaboration, creativity and asking questions.

We are looking for an Architect / Project Manager who can provide leadership and technical skills at various levels within our firm.
-
The Architect / Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects and implementing all phases of the projects from start to finish.
You will be involved in all phases of a project, including, but not limited to:
-
Client meetings and coordination.
-
Establishing existing conditions.
-
Coordination of consultants.
-
Management of permitting process.
-
Managing schedules and budgets.
-
Production of Contract Documents.
-
Construction Management.
Our current projects include:-

Residential remodels, additions, and new homes
-
Civic projects for local governments and colleges -Commercial: restaurants, music venues, salons, retail and offices

Applicants Should
-
Be licensed or working toward licensure
-
Have 8+ years of experience
-
Be proficient in Revit
-
Work well with others and be able to support junior staff

Be well organized and communicate effectively
