Step into a rewarding contract role where your expertise in Occupational Therapy will make a meaningful impact on K-12 students. This full-time, onsite position supports a diverse caseload in a school environment, helping address students’ functional, sensory, and adaptive needs so they can succeed inside and outside the classroom. Set in a supportive educational community, you’ll work closely with faculty, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized interventions that make a difference each day.

The assignment begins as soon as possible and continues through June 11, 2027, providing stability and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with students across grade levels.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current licensure or eligibility to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of California
  • Prior experience in a school setting is highly valued
  • Familiarity with K-12 caseloads and IEP processes
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to independently manage scheduling, documentation, and service delivery
  • Commitment to fostering student growth and accessibility

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct OT services to K-12 students in alignment with IEP goals
  • Conduct assessments and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to support students’ functional goals
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation per school and regulatory requirements
