Finance Manager (FP&A)
Location: Beverly Hills, CA (5 days onsite)
Compensation: $120K – $150K base + bonus

This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to shape the financial narrative of a multi-billion-dollar organization.
The Role
The Finance Manager will serve as a key member of the FP&A function, partnering closely with senior leadership across Merchandising, Marketing, E-Commerce, and Retail. This individual will own core elements of consolidated P&L planning, deliver executive-level insights, and play a central role in driving strategic decision-making.
This is not a traditional reporting role. It is designed for a commercially minded finance professional who can connect financial performance to business strategy, build dynamic models, and influence outcomes at the leadership level.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Own the annual operating plan and quarterly reforecast process across the consolidated P&L
- Build and maintain a rolling forecast model incorporating key business drivers
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop bottoms-up sales and margin forecasts
- Model gross margin scenarios, including pricing, promotions, and cost inputs
Management Reporting & Business Insights
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for executive leadership and board-level review
- Develop KPI dashboards and channel-level profitability insights
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable business narratives
- Partner with Accounting to ensure alignment between forecasts and actuals
Strategic Finance & Decision Support
- Evaluate strategic initiatives including new channels, expansion opportunities, and investments
- Build ROI models and business cases for marketing, product, and operational initiatives
- Conduct competitive and industry analysis to support decision-making
- Identify risks and opportunities within the P&L and provide proactive recommendations
Process Improvement & Systems
- Drive enhancements across FP&A processes, reporting tools, and planning systems
- Support automation and development of more scalable reporting infrastructure
- Partner with data teams to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency
Leadership & Development
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Help establish best practices across financial planning and analysis
- Contribute to building a high-performing, business-facing finance function

Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of progressive FP&A or related experience
- Background in fashion, apparel, consumer products, or adjacent industries (or strong experience from investment banking or top-tier consulting)
- Proven ownership of full P&L planning, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Advanced financial modeling skills with a strong analytical mindset
- Ability to present and influence senior leadership
Preferred
- Experience in eCommerce, DTC, or omni-channel environments
- Exposure to customer metrics such as CAC, LTV, and contribution margin
- Experience with planning tools (Anaplan, Adaptive, Hyperion, etc.) and ERP systems
- SQL, Tableau, or similar data tools
- MBA, CPA, or CFA
