- s:Oversee the daily operations of building services, including maintenance and vendor managemen
- t.Manage 10+ direct reports, providing leadership, guidance, and performance managemen
- t.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulation
- s.Coordinate and oversee maintenance of critical building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbin
- g.Manage vendor contracts and service agreements to ensure quality and cost-effectivenes
- s.Work closely with internal stakeholders to address facilities-related needs and support business operation
- s.Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring cost-effective management of resource
- s.Implement sustainability initiatives and operational improvement
- s.Respond to and resolve facility-related issues in a timely manne
