Employment & Labor Attorneys – Multiple Levels
Location: Encino, CA (Los Angeles)
A leading California law firm is seeking experienced attorneys to join its employment and labor law practice.
Positions
- Employment Law Associate – 3–5 Years
- Employment Law Associate – 5–8 Years
- Senior Counsel – 8+ Years
- Traditional Labor Associate – Any Level
Responsibilities
- Defend employers in employment litigation, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage & hour matters.
- Handle research, pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Advise employer clients and develop litigation strategies.
- Handle traditional labor matters, including unions, collective bargaining, grievances, unfair labor practices, and labour arbitration.
- Manage client relationships and collaborate with attorneys and legal staff.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active California State Bar membership.
- Employment litigation experience for Associate/Senior Counsel roles, preferably defence-side.
- Traditional labor/labor relations experience for the Labor Associate role.
- Strong legal research, writing, litigation, and communication skills.
