Requirements:

California SLP license (current and active)
ASHA CCC or eligible for CFY supervision
Experience supporting pediatric populations in schools
Ability to manage a varied caseload of students with diverse disabilities
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Comfort with virtual interviews via Zoom
Commitment throughout the school year

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and indirect speech/language services to students as outlined in IEPs
Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans to address speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
Monitor and document student outcomes and adjust interventions as needed
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise on communication development
