Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Open to both CCC-SLPs and Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidates; strong mentorship for CFs
  • Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads is valued, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are equally important

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy to an elementary school caseload
  • Develop, implement, and monitor tailored treatment plans in coordination with educators and families
  • Complete ongoing evaluations and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
  • Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
