Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CDL A Truck Driver role based in Sacramento, CA. The driver will operate commercial vehicles to transport goods safely and efficiently, following assigned routes and delivery schedules. Day-to-day tasks include conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintaining accurate logs and delivery documentation, and complying with all DOT and company safety regulations. The role also involves communicating with dispatch, reporting any mechanical issues, and ensuring freight is properly secured. Drivers are expected to provide professional customer service during pickups and deliveries and uphold company standards at all times.

- Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record and compliance with DOT regulations.
- Proven experience operating commercial trucks, including performing safety inspections and handling basic vehicle maintenance.

- Effective communication skills for working with dispatch, customers, and team members.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including sitting for extended periods and handling freight as required.
- Knowledge of logbook or electronic logging systems and relevant transportation regulations.
- Willingness to work full-time schedules that may include weekends or extended hours based on business needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional transportation or safety training is an advantage.
