We are looking for a Creative Project Manager to join a retail organization in Irvine, California on a Contract basis. This role combines hands-on content and administrative support with growing responsibility for coordinating timelines, teams, and project activity. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing details across digital content, scheduling, and cross-functional workflows.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day administrative support activities, including arranging product sample requests, organizing materials, and maintaining accurate content records.
• Upload, categorize, and sustain digital assets within content management platforms to ensure materials are accessible and properly tagged.
• Coordinate project activity in Asana by monitoring task progress, updating timelines, and helping keep deliverables on schedule.
• Arrange review sessions, document next steps, and follow up with stakeholders to drive completion of assigned action items.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve visibility into project status, priorities, and upcoming milestones.
• Contribute to traffic and resource coordination across multiple initiatives to support balanced workloads and timely execution.
• Assist with content production planning, including helping organize content shoots and related logistics when needed.
• Demonstrated experience in project management or project coordination within a fast-paced business environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain organization, and track detailed deliverables with accuracy.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and supporting projects from planning through execution.
• Familiarity with project management methods and workflow tools such as Asana or similar platforms.
• Understanding of formal project management practices; PMP certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum principles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow up effectively and keep stakeholders aligned.
