Established Premier Firm Seeking Associate Attorney for Labor & Employment in Southern CA
An established firm based in Southern CA is seeking an Associate Attorney with 7+ years of experience to join their team on a hybrid basis. This role offers the chance to handle labor and employment matters including wage and hour disputes, discrimination and harassment claims, wrongful termination, and employer advisory work, while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing practice group.

Salary range: $160,000-$250,000+, contingent on experience

Qualifications
7+ years of experience practicing labor and employment law
Experience handling employment litigation and advising employers on compliance with state and federal employment laws
JD from an accredited law school
Eligible to practice law in CA
Eligibility to practice law in AZ and/or NV is a plus
Residence in Southern CA is required to support the hybrid schedule
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
Ability to produce high quality work product with minimal supervision
Self-starter mindset with a commitment to providing superior service to clients
Collaborative approach that supports a strong teamwork atmosphere
Responsibilities
Represent clients in labor and employment litigation and advisory matters
Research and analyze complex employment law issues and develop case strategy
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
Prepare high quality legal memoranda and client advisories
Manage a caseload from intake through resolution with a high level of independence
Provide responsive, superior service to clients and communicate effectively on case status
Collaborate with partners and colleagues across the practice group to deliver strong client outcomes
