You're a Great Fit If You:

- \n
- Hold an active California PT license — or are currently in the process of obtaining one
- Are based in or near Rio Vista, Fairfield, Vacaville, Suisun City, or anywhere in Solano County/Sacramento River Delta area
- Are currently working in outpatient, inpatient, SNF, or another home health setting and want to expand your opportunities
- Are motivated, self-directed, and comfortable working independently in the field
- Are a new grad open to building a home health skill set from day one
