\nPosition Details:\n
\nSpecialty: Family Medicine\n
\nSetting: Outpatient Community Health\n
\nLocation: Auburn, California\n
\nSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM\n
\nClinical Schedule: 2 days of direct patient care + 2.5–3 days of administrative/leadership responsibilities\n
\nPatient Volume: Approximately 16–18 patients per clinical day\n
\nPatient Population: Must be comfortable seeing all ages\n
\nEMR: eClinicalWorks \n
\nStart: ASAP\n
\nCredentialing: Approximately 60–90 days; expedited credentialing may be available due to the immediate need\n
\n
\nClinical & Leadership Responsibilities:\n
\nProvide direct outpatient family medicine care across the lifespan.\n
\nServe as a clinical leader and role model for high-quality, person-centered care.\n
\nHelp establish and maintain clinical standards, quality initiatives, and care delivery practices.\n
\nOversee and support clinical leads at the Auburn and Rocklin clinics, with the potential to oversee all three clinics as the South Placer location opens.\n
\nDevelop and mentor providers and emerging clinical leaders through coaching and professional development.\n
\nUtilize clinical and operational data to improve patient access, quality, and outcomes.\n
\nChampion clinical compliance, regulatory readiness, credentialing, licensing, and clinical standards.\n
\nCollaborate with executive, operational, and other clinical departments to support integrated care.\n
\nHelp shape and expand the organization's growing multi-site medical program.\n
\n
\nQualifications:\n
\nMD or DO\n
\nBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine\n
\nFamily Medicine required; Internal Medicine physicians will not be considered\n
\nActive California medical license\n
\nMinimum 2 years of clinical experience providing direct primary care\n
\nPrevious leadership experience in a primary care setting\n
\nCurrent BLS/CPR certification\n
\nCurrent DEA certificate\n
\nValid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and DMV driving record\n
\n
\nCompensation & Benefits:\n
\nAnticipated compensation is $325,000–$360,000+, depending on experience and final employment/assignment structure.\n
\n
