Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in recruitment
- Bilingual in Spanish and English in written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong interviewing techniques and sourcing strategies
- Excellent communication skills
