Job Summary
Bilingual Korean/English Professionals are needed for multiple direct-hire opportunities in Buena Park, CA, supporting a growing consumer products business in sales, logistics, e-commerce operations, and national account support.
These full-time, on-site roles are ideal for motivated professionals who are fluent in Korean and English and want to build a long-term career in a collaborative, fast-paced business environment. Key Responsibilities
- Support sales, customer service, logistics, e-commerce, or national account operations based on the selected role.
- Process orders, manage data entry, update inventory information, and coordinate shipment or fulfillment details.
- Communicate professionally with customers, retail partners, buyers, vendors, and internal teams in Korean and English.
- Assist with product information, SKU updates, marketplace activity, sales follow-up, reporting, and account support.
- Identify order, system, inventory, or customer service issues and help resolve them in a timely and accurate manner.
- Contribute to a detail-oriented, team-focused environment while learning products, systems, and business processes.
Compensation and Benefits
- Direct-hire employment.
- Location: Buena Park, CA.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, full-time, on-site.
- Overall compensation range provided: $24.00 to $35.00 per hour.
- Role-specific approximate ranges may vary by experience:
- Sales Representative: $22 to $38 per hour.
- Sales & Logistics Operator: $22 to $32 per hour.
- E-Commerce Operations Associate: $22 to $26 per hour.
- National Sales Representative: $22 to $26 per hour.
