Pay rate: $25/hr
Shift: Monday to Friday - From 6am to 2.30pm Usual overtime and weekend work might be required depending on business needs (5 to 10 hours per week estimated)
Must have:
• Shipping and receiving experience
• Willingness to learn
• Experience with any corporate inventory systems (Oracle NetSuite, Soft eon, 3PL Central, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP S/4HANA, Manhattan Associates, Fishbowl, and High Jump)
Responsibilities:
• Store received items in designated areas • Conduct daily cycle counts • Accurately verify sales orders and shipping documents • Prepare items for shipment, including packaging and processing shipments • Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety procedures • Communicate with various personnel involved in the shipping and receiving process • Maintain daily logs and scan inventory • Provide support to other departments as needed
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in a warehouse or similar environment • Strong organizational and time management skills • Good communication skills • Attention to detail and accuracy are essential • Ability to work independently and in a team • Able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds and up to 100 pounds occasionally (not very frequent) • Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures is important • Shipping and receiving experience using Oracle (preferred/or experience with *other corporate inventory systems) and carrier shipping software
