Job Description
We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join a large cement manufacturing operation. This position involves plant cleanup, material handling, industrial housekeeping, and general labor throughout an active industrial facility.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in construction, manufacturing, warehouse, demolition, landscaping, mining, quarry operations, or other physically demanding environments.
What You'll Do
- Industrial plant cleanup and housekeeping
- Sweep, shovel, hose down, and remove debris
- Assist maintenance and production teams
- Move materials and supplies throughout the facility
- Load and unload materials as needed
- Identify and report safety hazards
- Operate basic hand tools and cleaning equipment
- Work around conveyors, heavy equipment, and production areas
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
What We're Looking For
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift
- Comfortable lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 75 lbs.
- Able to bend, kneel, climb stairs, ladders, and work at heights when needed
- Comfortable working in dusty, noisy, hot, cold, and outdoor conditions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements
- Lift and carry 50-75+ lbs. regularly
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Climb stairs, ladders, and platforms
- Work around dust, noise, vibration, and heavy machinery
- Wear required PPE, including hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, respirators, gloves, and steel-toed boots
Schedule
- Full-Time
- 8-12 Hour Shifts
- Overtime Available
- Weekend Work as Needed
