Job Type : Full Time Location : Gold River, California Pay : Competitive Pay & Benefits! Job Description What you will be doing:
- Handle a broad range of litigation matters from inception through trial.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Appear in court and argue motions.
- Work directly with clients and play a visible role in case strategy.
- Collaborate with a supportive, experienced litigation team.
- Be front and center with clients and in the courtroom.
Experience you will need:
- 2–5 years of civil litigation experience.
- Active California Bar license (required).
- Experience across all phases of litigation (trial experience is a strong plus).
- Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage cases and deadlines with increasing independence.
- A client-first mindset and commitment to excellent service.
