Warehouse Floater - Sign Pulling & Manufacturing
Job Description
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Warehouse Floater to join our team. This is a hands-on position with two primary areas of responsibility: preparing real estate sign installation routes for our drivers and assisting in our sign manufacturing and finishing area.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable working with their hands, and able to move efficiently between different tasks throughout the day.
Responsibilities
Sign Pulling & Route Preparation
- Pull and organize real estate signs and related materials for upcoming installation routes
- Prepare and stage signs, posts, riders, and other materials for installation drivers
- Organize routes and ensure drivers have the correct signs and materials for their assigned stops
- Receive returned signs and materials and properly organize them for reuse or storage
- Maintain an organized sign inventory and staging area
Sign Manufacturing & Finishing
- Assist with assembling and building real estate signs
- Apply decals, riders, hardware, and other finishing materials
- Prepare signs for installation
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Keep the finishing and production areas clean and organized
- Assist with other warehouse and manufacturing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Comfortable lifting and moving signs, posts, and other materials
- Comfortable using basic hand tools
- Painting, construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or sign industry experience is a plus
- Able to follow instructions and work independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Good communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks throughout the day
