Role Description The Outside Sales Representative is a PART TIME position, approx 4-10 hours per week. This position is responsible for sourcing and qualifying new business opportunities, meeting with prospective and existing clients, and presenting event solutions that align with their needs and budgets. Day-to-day activities include conducting cold calling for new leads, in-person and online sales presentations, responding to inquiries, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, and following up on leads generated through marketing and networking. The representative will collaborate with the event planning team to prepare proposals, estimates, and contracts, and ensure a smooth handoff from sales to operations. Qualifications

- PART TIME FLEXIBLE- Up to 10 hours a week daily remote position with local travel to meetings and trainings in Orange County and SoCal occasionally 2-5x per month.
- Ability to work PART TIME REMOTE. Should be located in Orange County, CA or willingness to travel there. Willing attend in-person trainings and meetings at warehouse in Fountain Valley and travel throughout So Cal for in-person meetings occasionally. Travel locally for client meetings and events (as needed).
- Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective listening.
- Experience with sales and willingness to build your own skills
- Proven relationship building skills, with a focus on developing and maintaining long-term client partnerships.
- Customer service skills that support responsive, professional, and solution-oriented interactions.
- Demonstrated new business development skills, including prospecting, networking, and lead follow-up.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple opportunities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfort with basic CRM tools, email, and MS Office 365
- Previous experience in event sales, hospitality, or a related industry is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or experience in sales or promotions is a plus.
