Garden Skin Co. is looking for an outgoing, motivated Sales & Partnerships Coordinator to help grow Sea, Skin & Soul, our luxury coastal spa-day experience designed for bachelorettes, bridal groups, celebrations, corporate wellness and private groups.
\n
\n
YOUR MAIN GOAL: HELP US BOOK EVENTS.
\n
\n
This is a relationship-building and sales role for someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people, making connections and turning opportunities into business.
\n
\n
WHAT YOU’LL DO
\n
\n
• Build relationships with wedding planners, hotels, concierges, bridal businesses, local companies and other referral partners
\n
• Conduct proactive outreach to potential partners and clients
\n
• Follow up consistently with leads and inquiries
\n
• Attend bridal expos, networking events and community events
\n
• Represent Sea, Skin & Soul and confidently explain the experience
\n
• Identify new partnership and referral opportunities
\n
• Help convert qualified leads into booked events
\n
• Maintain an organized lead and outreach pipeline
\n
• Work directly with the owner on creative ways to grow the brand
\n
\n

Experience in sales, hospitality, weddings, events, business development or partnerships is a plus, but personality, initiative and follow-through matter enormously.
\n

COMPENSATION
\n
\n
This is a part-time, flexible position with hourly compensation plus commission.
\n
\n
For the first six months, commission is a generous $500 for each qualifying Sea, Skin & Soul event you generate that becomes fully booked and paid.
\n
\n
This creates meaningful earning potential for someone who is motivated by sales and excited to actively grow the business.
\n
\n
Some weekend availability is needed for expos and networking events.
\n
\n
