Location: South San Jose, CA 95119 (Local candidates only; ideal for South SJ, Morgan Hill, and surrounding areas)
Pay Rate: $24.00 / hour
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Full-Time | No Mandatory Overtime)
Job Type: 6-Month Contract

Our client is a globally recognized, industry-leading innovator in industrial thermal technology and electronic systems, operating out of a facility in South San Jose.
Position Summary
Entry-level position responsible for operating equipment, using tools, and machinery to prepare and assemble products.
Key Responsibilities
- Work under the general direction of a more seasoned team member and route questions to the appropriate person.
- Follow work instructions and produce at takt time while following standard work.
- Operate equipment, tools, and machinery to prepare and assemble product.
- Read print schematics and requests.
- Test and inspect products per procedure to ensure product meets all quality standards.
- Check and fill out necessary reports, manufacturing orders, scrap, production times, rejects, etc.
- Keep area and equipment clean and organized.
- Work under direct supervision on standardized duties and tasks using established procedures or written instructions.
- Participate in continuous improvement (MDI) initiatives and demonstrate basic understanding of data analysis and computer systems.
- Model company values, principles, and behaviors while applying the business system.
- Able to work individually and in teams.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED preferred.
- 0 to 3 years of related experience.
- Must be able to work full-time hours (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM shift). No mandatory overtime required.
- For trade jobs: Preferred two-year degree, technical certificate, or related experience (1–3 years).
