What You’ll Do
- Coordinate certified payroll activities while maintaining accurate and complete payroll documentation.
- Apply your knowledge of Federal and California certified payroll requirements to assigned payroll work.
- Enter, review, track, and maintain certified payroll information using LCPtracker.
- Review payroll records for completeness and accuracy before submission.
- Help identify discrepancies or missing information that could affect certified payroll reporting.
- Maintain organized supporting records and documentation related to payroll activities.
- Assist with certified payroll reporting and administrative requirements within established deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal contacts to obtain information needed to complete payroll documentation.
- Monitor assigned payroll items and follow through promptly on outstanding issues.
- Support the team throughout the temporary assignment by bringing a detail-oriented, compliance-focused approach to the work.
To Be Successful in This Role, You'll Bring:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant certified payroll experience.
- Working knowledge of Federal and California certified payroll requirements.
- Hands-on LCPtracker experience is required.
- Experience with eMars/Elations or PRISM is a plus.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail when reviewing payroll data and supporting documentation.
- Ability to organize priorities and meet deadlines in a short-term assignment.
- A proactive, dependable working style with the ability to get up to speed quickly.
- Strong follow-through when researching or resolving payroll discrepancies.
