Duties

- Operate POS systems such as Clover for processing customer orders, sales transactions, and cash handling with accuracy.
- Manage food service customer orders from answering phone calls to making the delivery, ensuring timely and correct fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation and food safety protocols, including proper food handling and equipment cleaning.
- Upsell menu items by engaging customers with friendly suggestions to enhance their experience and increase sales.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including fryers, oven, and other food preparation tools.
- Process cash transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Support retail sales transactions when applicable, assisting customers with product inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Assist in training new team members on POS systems, food prep techniques, and customer service expectations to foster a collaborative team environment.
Experience
- Prior experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly desirable but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Familiarity with POS systems enhances efficiency in order processing.
- Previous food handling or culinary experience provides a strong foundation for understanding food safety and sanitation protocols.
