Job DescriptionDialog Cafe is looking to add team players to our West LA location! We are looking for people to join our team who share the same core values, have a passion for Customer Service, and are able to work in a multi layered, fast paced environment. Our second location shares space with the iconic Equinox Sports Club on Sepulveda Blvd. Must have prior Cashier experience. Dialog's second location is located at 1835 S. Sepulveda Blvd Los Angeles CA 90025
We are looking for Part Time Cashiers (2 to 4 shifts a week)
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, hard working and takes initiative.
Starting pay $19, plus tips
Responsibilities:
Greeting guests entering and leaving the business
Maintain a clean and tidy work area
Accurately process all cash and credit payments
Provide exceptional customer service
Full menu knowledge. Succeed in upselling items to guests
Running/bussing
Table touching
Making various tea/coffee beverages
Qualifications:
Proven working experience as a cashier or in customer service
Mathematical skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Ability to take customer orders correctly/ability to listen
