This is not a desk job — you will lead from the floor and work alongside the team.
What you’ll do:
- Run daily production and keep jobs on schedule
- Work in production (cutting, assembly, fabrication as needed)
- Lead, train, and hold team accountable
- Ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery

- Proven leadership in a production environment
- Good math and measurement skills
- Ability to move fast and solve problems
Bonus if you have: Sign manufacturing, aluminum, or fabrication experience
