- Set up and operate the Vemag to portion and form products to spec.
- Load dough into the hopper and keep the line running steadily.
- Check bar/product weights and appearance; adjust settings and record results.
- Perform changeovers (dies, nozzles) for different bar/product sizes.
- Follow GMPs, allergen controls, and food safety procedures.
- Clean and sanitize the machine and work area.
- Do basic troubleshooting such as clearing jams, and report issues to the supervisor.
- Follow safety rules, including lockout/tagout and required PPE.
- Stand for full shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
The shift is 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday with occasional overtime and Saturday shifts.
The pay rate is $18.50/hour.
