Part-Time Bilingual School Psychologist – San Jose, CA
Location: San Jose, CA 95112
Schedule: Part-Time
Hours: 20–25 hours/week
Caseload: TK–8th Grade
Pay: 57-61/hr
About the Opportunity
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Bilingual School Psychologist (Spanish & English) for a part-time, onsite opportunity in San Jose, California. This position involves supporting students in grades TK–8 at a single school site, providing psychological services, assessments, and interventions to promote academic, behavioral, and social-emotional success.
Responsibilities
Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and reevaluations
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Provide academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support to students
Conduct assessments and communicate findings in both English and Spanish as appropriate
Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff
Develop recommendations and interventions to support student success
Maintain accurate reports and documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
Qualifications
Master's or specialist-level degree in School Psychology
Active California School Psychologist credential
Fluency in both Spanish and English required
Experience working with elementary and middle school students preferred
Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work onsite in San Jose, CA
