We are hiring two Grossing Technicians to join an established, CAP-accredited anatomic pathology laboratory in Modesto, California!
\n
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Grossing Technician, Grossing Assistant, or Histology professional with hands-on tissue grossing experience.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:00 AM

Employment: Full-Time, Permanent
- \n
Salary: Publicly advertised range of $52,000–$85,000 annually (exact range for these openings pending confirmation)

Weekends Off!

Responsibilities:
\n
- \n
- \n
Perform gross examination and dictation of tissue specimens.
- \n
Work with GI biopsies, prostate cores, and other small tissue specimens.
- \n
Accurately document specimen descriptions.
- \n
Follow laboratory procedures and quality standards.
- \n
Work under the supervision of a pathologist.
\n

Qualifications:
\n
- \n
- \n
Previous hands-on tissue grossing experience preferred.
- \n
Background in surgical pathology, histology, or anatomic pathology.
- \n
Experience with gross descriptions and dictation preferred.
- \n
Strong attention to detail and specimen handling skills.
\n
