We are hiring skilled and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) ONLY to join our care team. The ideal candidates must have strong clinical experience, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for supporting senior residents in a home‐like environment. We are hiring for shifts: 7 am-3 pm and 3 pm- 11 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high‐quality personal care and ADL assistance in accordance with RCFE regulations
- Support residents with bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and hygiene
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety‐based ambulation
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Maintain accurate documentation and charting
- Uphold infection‐control standards and ensure a clean, safe environment
- Participate in shift reports, care planning, and team collaboration
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and respect at all times
Minimum Requirements:
- Active CNA certification in the State of California
- Minimum of 3 years CNA experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF)
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- TB clearance and Live Scan background check
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks required for resident care
- Strong understanding of senior care and dementia‐support practices
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in RCFE or assisted living settings
- Dementia or behavioral‐care training
- Familiarity with electronic charting systems
- Team player
